Resolution on Syria [En.]

We, the undersigned parties present at the 22nd International Communist Seminar

1) reaffirm that the subversive policies and activities of imperialism in order to impose its hegemony in the Middle East are the main reason behind all conflicts, tensions and wars in the region. US and EU imperialism and the NATO, along with Israel and the pro-imperialist reactionary regimes of the region (such as Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) share a common responsibility for the crimes against the peoples of the region.

2) condemn the instrumentalization by imperialism and its allies in the region of inter-religious divergences and conflicts. Imperialism intervenes brutally in the internal affairs of states, supporting domestic reactionary forces, and does not hesitate to intervene directly, supporting provocative fundamentalist and terrorist organisations under the pretext of “humanitarian interventions”.

3) condemn the Israeli military aggression against Syria, in blatant violation of international law and condemn imperialism’s unconditional support for these bellicose acts.

4) support the absolute right of the Syrian people, who suffer from subversive attacks and terrorist actions supported by imperialism and the reactionary regimes of the region, to determine their political path and leadership without any foreign interference. We declare our complete and unreserved solidarity with the people of Syria.

Nous, soussignés, partis présents au 22^e Séminaire Communiste International,

1) affirmons que les politiques et activités subversives de l’impérialisme en vue d’asseoir son hégémonie au Moyen Orient sont la raison principale des conflits, tensions et guerres dans la région. L’impérialisme des États-Unis, de l’Union Européenne et de l’OTAN, ainsi qu’Israël et les régimes réactionnaires pro-impérialistes de la région (comme le Qatar, la Turquie, et l’Arabie Saoudite) partagent des responsabilités communes dans les crimes commis contre les peuples de la région.

2) condamnons l’instrumentalisation par l’impérialisme et ses alliés dans la région des divergences et conflits inter-religieux. L’impérialisme intervient grossièrement dans les affaires des états en soutenant les forces réactionnaires internes et n’hésite pas à intervenir directement en soutenant des organisations provocatrices de fondamentalistes et terroristes sous le prétexte de l’intervention humanitaire.

3) condamnons l’agression militaire israélienne contre la Syrie en violation flagrante du droit international et dénonçons l’appui  inconditionnel de l’impérialisme à cet acte belliciste.

4) soutenons le droit absolu du peuple syrien, qui souffre des attaques subversives et des attaques terroristes soutenues par l’impérialisme et les régimes réactionnaires de la région, à déterminer sa voie politique et sa direction sans ingérence étrangère. Nous déclarons notre solidarité totale et sans réserve avec le peuple de la Syrie.

Nosotros, participantes del 22° Seminario Comunista Internacional,

1 ) afirmamos que las politicas y acciones subversivas del imperialismo con el objectivo de imponer su hegemonía en el Medio Oriente son la razón principal de los conflictos, tensiones y guerras en la región. El imperialismo de los Estados Unidos, de la Unión Europea y de la OTAN, y tambien de Israel y de los regímenes reaccionarios pro imperialistas de la región, comparten responsabilidades comunes en los crímenes cometidos contra los pueblos de la región.

2) condenamos la instrumentacion por el imperialismo y sus aliados en la región de las diferencias y de los conflictos religiosos. El imperialismo interviene brutalmente en los asuntos de los estados, apoyando las fuerzas reaccionarias internas y no dudando en intervenir en apoyo directo a las organizaciones provocadores fundamentalistas y terroristas, con el pretexto de la intervención humanitaria.

3) condenamos la agresión militar israelí contra Siria en flagrante violación del derecho internacional y denunciamos el apoyo incondicional del imperialismo a este acto bélico.
4) apoyamos el derecho absoluto del pueblo sirio, quien sufre los ataques subversivos y terroristas apoyado por el imperialismo y los regímenes reaccionarios de la región, a eligir su camino politico y su dirección sin ingerencia extranjera. Declaramos nuestra solidaridad plena y sin reservas con el pueblo de Siria.

Мы, участники 22-го Международного коммунистического семинара,

1. подтверждаем, что подрывная политика и действия империализма с целью навязать свою гегемонию Ближнему Востоку являются основной причиной всех конфликтов, напряженности и войн в этом регионе. США, империализм ЕС и НАТО, рука об руку с Израилем и проимпериалистическими реакционными режимами этого региона ( с такими как Турция, Катар и Саудовская Аравия), несут общую ответственность за преступления против народов этого региона.

2. осуждаем подстрекательство империализмом и его союзниками  в регионе межрелигиозных противоречий и конфликтов. Империализм грубо вмешивается во внутренние дела государств, поддерживая реакционные элементы внутри стран, и не останавливается перед открытым вмешательством на стороне провокационных фундаменталистских и террористических организаций под предлогом «гуманитарного вмешательства».

3. осуждаем вооруженную агрессию Израиля против Сирии, являющуюся грубым нарушением международного права, и осуждаем безоговоручную поддержку империализмом этих действий.

1. поддерживаем полное право народа Сирии, страдающего от подрывных атак и террористических актов, поддерживаемых имериализмом и реакционными режимами региона, самостоятельно, без вмешательства извне  определять свою политику и выбирать свое руководство. Мы полностью и безоговорочно поддерживаем народ Сирии и мы солидарны с ним.
